## Shipping & Delivery FAQ
1. When will my order ship?
All orders are shipped from our New Jersey warehouse. We process orders within 1–2 business days. Once processed, you will receive a tracking number via email.
2. How much does shipping cost?
- USA: FREE shipping on orders over $50. A $10 flat fee applies to orders under $50.
- International: Shipping is calculated at checkout and includes all duties and taxes (DDP).
3. How long is the delivery time?
- USA Orders: Typically 3–5 business days after processing.
- International (Canada, Europe, Asia-Pac): Typically 5–10 business days after processing.
4. Will I be charged customs or import duties?
No. For our customers in Canada, the UK, and Australia, we use Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). All taxes and duties are collected at checkout, so your package will be delivered directly to your door with no additional fees.
5. Which carriers do you use?
We use USPS for all domestic USA shipments and DHL for all international shipments to ensure the fastest and most reliable service.
6. My tracking says "Delivered" but I haven't received it. What should I do?
Please check with neighbors or your local building manager first. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us within 48 hours. While we are not responsible for carrier errors, we will assist you in opening a formal inquiry with USPS or DHL.
7. Do you ship worldwide?
Currently, we ship to the USA, Canada, Europe and APAC countries. We hope to expand to more countries soon!
