We ship to all 50 states via USPS.
- Free Shipping: Available on all orders above $50.
- Flat Rate Shipping: A flat fee of $10 applies to all orders under $50.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Delivery Time: After processing, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your destination.
## International Shipping
We currently ship exclusively to Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia via DHL.
- DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): To ensure a seamless experience, all international orders are shipped DDP. This means all local duties, VAT, and taxes are collected at checkout, so you won't face any surprise charges upon delivery.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Delivery Time: After processing, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days.
## Order Tracking & Delivery
- Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number to monitor your shipment in real-time.
- Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address, ZIP code, and contact details are 100% accurate. Saree Mandi is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
- Carrier Liability: While we partner with premium carriers (USPS & DHL), Saree Mandi is not responsible for delays, losses, or service interruptions caused by the carrier or natural events. However, we are committed to our customers and will assist you in coordinating with the carrier to resolve any delivery issues.
